Let’s create together!

The Sardinian ceramic artist Jubanna Nur has been travelling around the world with her collective projects and she is now bringing an urban art workshop to Kouvola, Finland for the Alvar Aalto Week!

The workshop will be carried out in the city centre. It is open for everyone above the age of six. The youngest participants should be accompanied by an adult.

The resulting artwork will consist of small pieces created by the participants. Each one is free to come and leave whenever they like during the workshop and make as many pieces as they like. At the end of the project, the pieces will be fired and attached on a panel that will be displayed.

The workshop will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Both the work site and the location of the finished artwork will be specified later.

The workshop is organised in collaboration with Kouvolan kansalaisopisto.
