You are welcome to browse through countless Alvar Aalto book bargains and to buy gifts in Studio Aalto’s cosy Taverna in Munkkiniemi on 7–11 December. On sale will be new books and other goods, such as Architect Elissa Aalto (ed. Mia Hipeli, Alvar Aalto Foundation, published in November 2022). Choose from lots of exciting book treasures and the last remaining copies from editions hidden in the recesses of the archives. There are gift ideas for all, including a limited batch of Elissa Aalto 100 anniversary wares. Mark the date on your calendar, so you won’t miss it!

The Alvar Aalto Pop Up shop is open in Studio Aalto’s Taverna at 16–19 on Wed–Fri 7.–9.12.2022, and at 10–14 on Sat–Sun 10.–11.12-2022. Entrance to the Pop Up shop is free.

You can easily combine your Pop Up visit with a guided tour of Studio Aalto (Tues–Fri at 14:30 and Sat–Sun at 14:30 and 15:30), but it’s is best to book a place in advance. Buy your advance ticket for a guided tour of Studio Aalto or sign up by e-mail: riihitie@alvaraalto.f
