Guided tour for the Cultivated Landscape of Alvar Aalto exhibition explores the theme of landscape and connection between nature and Alvar Aalto’s architecture.

The landscape was an integral aspect of architecture for Alvar Aalto. He was interested in how a building can be blended into its environment from early on. He was a master at fusing his buildings with their natural surroundings, inviting nature to become one with his architecture.

Public guided tours for the exhibition are organised in August 2020 on Thursdays 6.8., 13.8., 20.8. and 27.8. Tours in English is held at 14:00 and are included in the admission fee to the Museum.
