Welcome to a festive Christmas-themed day at the Aalto2 Museum Centre! Enjoy seasonal treats at Aalto2 Café, create a traditional Finnish Christmas decoration “Himmeli” or candy-themed “Himmeli” in the Kulma workshop, decorate your dream gingerbread cookie, and immerse yourself in an afternoon of holiday cheer with beautiful Christmas music from the vocal ensembles Flok x Kuohu.
During the day, you can also join a raffle, visit a self-guided crafting workshop at the Central Finland Museum’s Nappula Room, explore Christmases of the past, and find holiday gifts at Aalto2 Shop.
1 PM – 3 PM | Candy “Himmeli” Workshop for the whole family (in workshop space Kulma)
1 PM – 3 PM | Decorate-a-Gingerbread Workshop for children (in Aalto2 Lounge)
3 PM – 5 PM | Flok X Kuohu Christmas Concert (Aalto2 Connecting section).
