Terms and conditions
Admission fees include VAT. A guided tour must be cancelled two working days before the agreed date at the latest, or the customer will be charged the total guide fee. Availability of a guide in the event of lateness cannot be guaranteed.

- Morning and afternoon events (8–16) 1004 € / 3 h (inc. VAT)
- Evening events (16–23) 1506 € / 3 h (inc. VAT)
- Additional hours 188 € / h (inc. VAT), evenings 251 € / hour (inc. VAT)
Prices include attendant. The premises must be left in original condition. Evening fees apply on weekends.

EXPERT SERVICES
Fees for work by curators, researchers and architects
- Expert services 120 € / h (+ VAT)
- Education services 120 € / h (+ VAT)
- Planning, surveying or inventory work, plus education packages subject to individual offer.
SPECIAL GUIDED TOURS
Guided-tour fees for the Museum’s permanent exhibition in Jyväskylä and for separately agreed tours of Aalto architectural sites in Helsinki and Jyväskylä (max. 25 persons).
- Mondays to Saturdays 100 € / h (inc. VAT)
- On Sundays 150 € / h (inc. VAT)
ARCHIVE SERVICES
Photographs, drawings, letters and other documents
Screen images (low-resolution file, without publishing rights)
- 1–35 images, each 3 € (inc. VAT)
- Minimum charge 25 € (inc. VAT)
- More than 35 images by agreement
- Image file (high-resolution file, without publishing rights) 30 € / image (inc. VAT)
Pictures for publication (manipulated, high-resolution, print-ready file), including licence and copyright fee and royalties
- Museums and other cultural institutions, educational institutions (non-commercial use) 30 € / image (inc. VAT)
- Other forms of publication 130 € / image (inc. VAT)
The licence and copyright fee and royalty payment grant the right to use the image for a single publication.
Advertisements, films etc. are priced according to a separate agreement. There is a discount of 20% for quantity on orders of more than 10 pictures for publication. The customer pays for the work of finding the material and for the copying work according to the number of copies required. There is a billing fee of 5 €.
Orders requiring more extensive search work will be subject to an information-service fee (100 € / h). Uncatalogued material is only available in exceptional cases.
