Cancellation and refund of payment

If you have mistakenly paid the wrong sum, we will give you a refund either in full or only the excess amount. If an error occurs, please contact our customer service hello@alvaraalto.fi no later than 14 days after making the payment. The refund will be made through the payment method used for your donation, and you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
