If a group arrives more than 30 minutes late for a guided tour that has been agreed in advance, without notifying the Museum it will be late, the Museum will make a charge of 55 euros for the time spent waiting. We cannot always guarantee the availability of a guide in the event of lateness.
A guided tour must be cancelled on the day before the agreed date at the latest, or the customer will be charged the total guide fee.
ARCHIVE SERVICES
FILMING IN ALVAR AALTO FOUNDATION PREMISES
Use of Foundation premises for photography, television, video or film-making purposes, or for outside conferences etc, will be by separate agreement and a charge will be made. The minimum charge will be for one hour.

Filming without the use of a tripod may be undertaken in Foundation premises for private purposes without charge.

Loans of objects, exhibitions and structures together with the charges to be levied will be decided separately for each case.
